Just Ok
This hotel is just average with very small micro rooms. Dark modern IKEA chic vibes. I wish I would’ve known the rooms were so tiny before booking. For the same price my friends stayed at the Hyatt down the street with a full size room, (I saw it)
I was solo but I could not imagine having to share. My room was not very clean with hair on the bathroom floors and spots on the sheets. Towels are of very poor quality like sandpaper. The bath sink is in the bed area which is weird. Felt more like a hostile or dorm room. Housekeeping never offered to give me clean towels. I mentioned it to one of the ladies as I was walking in the hallway, but she just said OK but did nothing. I had to go and get my own towels and some water. The best part about this hotel is the Alphabet bar on the lobby floor which has a much cooler vibe. They offered some tasty cocktails, lite bites and the bartender service was excellent! I would not stay here again and would only recommend this place for college kids or really small people.
I get it’s only a place to sleep and I should be out on the town, but a
comfortable room really makes vacation.
