Initially, the service was really good, as they were very attentive and kind in trying to help us find our missing luggage. However, later interactions with the staff were notably different. The same staff were extremely rude and curt to my partner and I when we had asked them to ship our luggage using their Yamato transport service. They were sarcastic and generally had a bad attitude which was surprising to us because we had not done anything differently and had asked politely.
The room was small and the shower area was uneven, leading to pools of water after any length of time in there. The water station for bottle refill was only located in the basement, which was extremely inconvenient at times.
Overall, I wanted to like this place because of the service our first day there and prior reviews, but it ended up being the worst hotel in our trip out of the 4 we stayed in. It wasn’t a bad hotel by any means, but I cannot recommend due to the reasons above.
