Well, first he started off with the first receptionist, not being very helpful and asking about Wi-Fi, but we could look past that it wasn’t until we got up to our room, which not only was the elevator horrifying going up and coming down, but the hallways stunk. They were very scary looking you can see gaps from the doors underneath. Then once we got into our room, if you didn’t shut the door, the door stood open. Inside the room was dirty. It smelled. They had a piece of wood at the top of the window to keep it closed, which was not secure at all and I have a four-year-old who is autistic and I did not need her opening the windows and God forbid anything else happening. Not only that the TV’s color was weird so we just didn’t watch it. The bed wasn’t comfy. The pillows weren’t comfy. Nothing was really clean. Then once we got into the bathroom, there was no soap for us to wash our hands with, however, there was soap in the shower, which I guess also qualified as The hand soap, but not only that there was a noise of leaking and it was the shower I tried turning it off, but it kept leaking so I don’t know how long the shower was leaking, but that whole bottom of the shower was all wet then in the morning when we took a shower, there was no hot water. It was freezing cold at five in the morningnot only that since the shower sucked we had to use the sink in order to bathe ourselves then when we explain this to the front desk in the morning upon checkout, the receptionist was ext
