Over priced, tired hotel
Gave us a cot that was terrible
Placed us in a room that couldn’t have been further away from the main part of the hotel. This with a one year old. Told us we should have told them we had a child and it wouldn’t have happened. Not sure how much more you need to tell them given the booking was for 2 adults and an infant and given I told them the baby was sleeping in the car with mum as I checked in.
Rooms were grotty, mattress a joke. Not sound proofed so you can hear your neighbours having a p*ss next to your bed.
Room service terrible. Asked for a latte at 8pm. Still nothing at 8.45pm. Called them and cancelled the order because the baby was sleeping. Told them to ensure it wasn’t delivered. At 9.40pm they knocked on the door with a latte wanting to charge me £10.56 for the privilege.
Golf course looks epic and the grounds are amazing, but the hotel, really, is crap.
