Our trip was great, the room and facilities were clean. The breakfast was good with lots of options. They have complimentary coffee, tea and hot cocoa available 24/7. They also offered complimentary soup from 4 pm to 10 pm daily which was great. I would say as far as the room, the pillows are tiny, but there was 4 on our king size bed. There were holes in the blackout curtains, which I would hope they would be replaced since everything else in the rooms looked new. They are dog friendly and have plenty of room to walk them and provide waste bags for them. The couple in the room next to us were causing a disturbance. I notified the front desk and they took care of the situation effectively and appropriately. The pool looked nice and well kept. I am overall happy with our stay and will return for future trips.

I paid extra to have a "suite, larger room w/ jetted tub". What I got was what seemed to be a forgotten space at the end of the hall w/ random furniture thrown in. The king size bed was 2 twins thrown together on a metal frame. Paint/drywall is half done. One tiny little drawer under a table that is supposed to be an entertainment center I guess? Front door has a gap you can see thru. Mold in the shower. No idea how the jets in the tub work if they do at all since they seem broken. Mold and leakage under cabinets. Chair seems to be falling apart. Holes in the couch. Breakfast said hashbrowns. They were tater tots and they were cold. Would not recommend to anyone looking to book this hotel. There are lots of other options in this area that have to be better.

Have a back up plan for the essentials.

Let's just say I would stay again. There are a few things that I want brought to attention. I called days ahead to ask what the deposit would be and the lady said $20.00. I asked if it could be in cash? She said yes. I get there and Jerry says if I pay cash it has to be $100.00. I used my card for the $20.00. Next issue , the hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were all empty, luckily I had my own. Next issue, the fridge did not get cold, no big deal I guess because the ice machine did work. I tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room was just a display. It had no cords, but hey everyone has a cell phone these days. On the positive note, the breakfast was a winner!

I checked in late after work and the desk clerk was very nice and the place seemed recently updated and clean. Comfortable room after a long day of work with a decent value. I didn’t try the breakfast but grabbed an orange juice on the way out!

Bring your own coffee, a mop and a vacuum!

Bring your mop and vacuum! I stayed at Best Western for 7 days. The first day was great. Room clean and stocked. Next day no coffee or anything for room coffee maker left, hand soap was out, Kleenex was empty. And the room was not cleaned. I called to the front desk and they said come down and they will give me coffee. No apologies nothing. I said I could not refill hand soap and Kleenex so they sent someone up. The following day no cleaning. Dirty towels were taken and none were replaced. I was told I needed to come to the front desk to get them! No cleaning. Nothing done except dirty laundry taken. I told management ( Jerry) I wanted my room cleaned and restocked from then on. No apologies; just come to the desk to get your towels. Next day I asked housekeeping to clean my room and leave coffee for the coffee makes. They left clean towels, made the bed and left coffee. NO Cleaning. So I guess this is a self serve hotel. Even if you ask they won’t clean, stock towels or coffee. Bring your own cleaning supplies.

Nice staff, but not accessible as advertised. It took me asking several times for a shower chair, and when I finally got one it was disgusting and was broken.

Avoid!

Clean room. Pet-friendly. This is where the experience gained any stars. The parking lot is under destruction, and parking is at a minimum. Shared space with OTR trucks. Worker friendly hotel that sells alcohol in the lobby. Bar/party atmosphere not family-friendly at all. The worst situation was with the breakfast, and breakfast attendants. The breakfast included 3 month expired items. This is a terrible health hazard. When I showed staff the dates, they were flippant. When I spoke with the front desk, they were unconcerned. My children were subject to kitchen staff berating me when I left the breakfast area. Rude, unprofessional, and downright dangerous. As if it is my fault I spoke up about this terrible situation. Do better.

Great stay , absolutely will stay here again

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and kind. Complimentary breakfast offered lots options. Location is great near lots of food options, grocery, shopping and highway. Pricing was very reasonable. Outdoor pool looked well kept, it was closed, however it was too cold and too early in the year for swimming
