WORST EVER
We saw many negative reviews but gave it a go anyway. It took us 20 minutes wait to get keys because the rude hotel employee was arguing with a disgruntled guest. As we waited, bugs were crawling on the floor. Once we got to check out the room, we were surprised that the room was not clean, the bed was made but not clean. Bathroom was dirty and there was urine in the toilet. We turned around and walked out. Tried to speak the office worker but she was tied up with another mad guest. STAY AWAY REGARDLESS OF THE PRICE!

No internet or TV. Thumbs down
The T.V did not work or have connection to cable, so i went on my laptop to watch stuff, but the Wifi also did not work. Overall. 2 out of 5 stars, probably will never go back again though.

Sometimes Things Go Wrong
We were not able to check in at all due to a n internet failure. The concierge was very apologetic but new to the job and unable to help us at all. I had to find another hotel to stay in. I left my phone number but received no call so I tried to call to tell her we found another hotel but could not get through to her. Not her fault but a bad experience. I expect a full refund.

This room wasn't up to par! Sink stopped up and leaking in the floor. Hair was in bath tub, holes in the walls, and only 1 channel on TV worked and no heat. But it was quiet for once. It sucked tho.

Bottom of the barrel
The hotel is the bottom of the barrel worst ever. When entering front desk has signs saying no refund after 15 mins. That should have been a sign for me to check my room before heading out after getting my key. Anyway there was a sign near the breakfast area saying if u take food up to your room you will not get a deposit back. Finally on the 3fl my room door look as if it had been broken into . Entering the room the lights were dim paint peeling Carpet was filthy sheets had hairs and stains. Television didn’t work then there’s a mirror at the top of the bed acting as a headboard (creepy) The bathroom walls were dirty, shower was filthy wash cloths and towels were stained. To be a Wyndham brand hotel it was really unbelievable I wouldn’t recommend or return. I’ll advise to say far away from that place .

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY
The pictures on the website lied! Towels were stained the bed had cigarette burns. I checked in late and didn’t inspect the room before leaving. It was so uncomfortable and just dirty. I’m sorry for even leaving this review but it is a BIG NO for me! NO!

Bugs everywhere
Everything was okay until I ordered food and the ants got in my food. Then we saw the spiders. Then the sink in the room leaked on the floor so the floor stayed wet. When we checked into the room the door was already open. Everything in the room seemed to be broken.

Paid and did not STAY DISGUSTING
Hotels .com should be ashamed of listing this dirty horrible place. I am still waiting for the response to the call of complaint I made on the day of my supposedly stay. Customer service assured me that I would receive an e-mail or call from Hotels.com, NOTHING since the incident. Of course, i will be contacting Wyndham and get to the bottom of this and find out how Wyndham puts their name on such a disgusting place. No Inspectors? Franchisees are not checked? Let me start from the beginning the concierge lobby was full of reminders notes on the walls reminding customers that their belongings will be thrown out if...... etc etc Is this a hotel or a welfare refuge ?? Pictures of the room are attached, it was a room which was never cleaned towels gray ,floors dirty and only two pillows which were definitely used and pillow cases not washed , I mean a horrific sceene mattress as you will see on the picture faucets with no knobs to turn ? The dirtiest room i ever saw in my life . STILL WAITING SOMEBODY TO CALL ME REFUND US we could not stay in adog kennel wise place . I will be contacting Wyndham too and try to see what they will do for the aggravations we had which any BBB or a judge in a court would decide, The least should be to take away the franchise out from the owner of that place i expect no less.Thank you Hotel's com ,Your headquarters can contact me whenever you want .preferably during the mornings Eastern time
