My only issue with this property was being put in a Room in the basement. It was quite musty smelling and the trains were very noisy. This is the second firmdale hotel in London where I have been given a room in the basement (Knightsbridge Hotel last year) and the last. I will not accept a basement room again

Perfect ending
While I only stayed one evening, the room and all the amenities made my last night in London perfect. All the small touches of a bottle of water in the evening, turn down of my bed, thoughtful toiletries and a comfortable bed! Lovely, cosy hotel with very comfortable beds in a prime London location within walking distance of Marylebone High Street. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. For food options, we didn't think too much of the onsite restaurant, but plenty of other options nearby.
