A disappointing stay
My stay got off to a bad start and didn't improve much after. I was exhausted after a day of travel and just wanted to get to my room. I'm not sure what kind of keycards they use, but they need updating. Even though I saw them activate the card and it worked in the elevator, it didn't work on my door. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone in 5-7 minutes. It took two more calls and about 30 minutes of waiting before someone finally came to my floor! They checked the door and my card was the issue. The door's sensor worked fine. The staff apologized, let me into my room, and came back a few minutes later with a working keycard. As for the room, it was mostly clean with a few dust bunnies in the corners. It had a sliding bathroom door, a tiny cabinet for clothes, and was very cramped. The hallways are very narrow and the gap under the door allows lots of noise to come through. I woke up a couple of times to the sound of a door opening and closing. It almost sounded like someone was getting into my room. I didn't try the breakfast, and the view from my room was nice. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Hotel excelente
O hotel é excelente, novo e com quartos bem limpos. A região do hotel também é ótima, muito bem localizado e tem uma estação de metrô bem próxima, o que facilita bastante a locomoção pela cidade. Pra mim, os únicos defeitos são i) o baixíssimo sinal de Wi-Fi nos quartos (raramente funcionava bem) e ii) a quantidade de elevadores comparado ao tamanho do hotel (as vezes esperava 5/10min para conseguir pegar o elevador). Apesar desses poréns, que não são tão significativos pra mim, voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Läget är bra med närhet till både mindre matställe och tunnelbana. Rummen mindre men med kylskåp och vattenkokare, skjutdörr till badrum med duschväggar. Fräscht, bra frukost som ingick, mycket prisvärt och vi fick ett rum på 29:e våningen med fantastiskt utsikt över stan.

Great location, terrible hotel
The lifts make the hotel unusable. On a medium floor (we were 13th out of about 45), you can be waiting 20-30 minutes for a lift, particularly around breakfast time, because they fill up on the high floors and either stop and you can’t fit in, or the lifts say “too full” and then skip all floors below. We were told by staff that this was normal in the hotel. Breakfast consists of so much single use plastic it is also disgusting. It’s a shame as the location is amazing, but the situation with the lifts mean you were constantly avoiding going back to the hotel as much as possible. A truly terrible experience

Déçue pour un 4 étoiles
La climatisation est très bruyante, et les bruits de tuyauterie nombreux. Le ménage peut être fait l'après midi, ce qui est très contrariant. A 2 reprises, il a été fait après 16/17 h. Comme nous rentrions dans l'après midi pour nous reposer, nous n'avons pu nous détendre complétement puisque nous étions aux aguets pour le passage du ménage. Ces passages l'après midi était d'ailleurs baclés (pas toujours le bon nombre de serviette, pas de renouvellement du papier toilette et du café - il a fallu réclamer à l'accueil). Temps d'attente interminable aux ascenseurs (4 ascenseurs pour 45 étage, c'est peu). Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite. Un seule couvre lit supplémentaire pour 2 lits (si on a froid, ce qui a été mon cas). Celui ci était troué ! Le rideau occultant sort de son rail. Point positif : la vue

Friendly hotel with a beautiful view.
The staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. Our room with two queen size beds was typically small for NY (no chair or desk), but very comfortable. Nice shower. The view from our window on the 33rd floor was worth the price of the room.

Great views, slow lifts
As others say the lifts can take ages, twice in our 4 day stay we had to wait for more than 15 minutes! for a lift, so be prepared for long waits (we were on 32nd floor). It is well situated, just a 4 minute walk from 2 different subway lines. There are numerous bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets within 5 mins. The lone star pub opposite very cheap and a real typical NYC joint. There were some maintenance issues but were sorted. Beds are very comfortable as are the pillows rooms have good free Wi-Fi, fridges and tea/coffee makers and big TV’s. Of course you’re in NYC So rooms are not big but you just put your cases on the seating or desk. Breakfast gets very busy regardless of time in fact one day we got sick of waiting for a seat and went out. They have fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs, bread and bagels including GF as well as salad, boiled eggs and cereal. The on-site restaurant is expensive with a limited offering but the main reason you stay here is the fantastic city views which are truly awesome.

NYC girls trip
Traveled a 3 woman, with mum and daughter. Hotel is in a great location was worried would be to far out but it was about 10 mins to Macy’s. There are some nice bars and restaurants nearby. Only thing with the hotel is the lifts are super busy and also it’s a bit mad at breakfast but that is worth having. Overall great stay and amazing view from our room!!

Good hotel for us
The stay was pretty good. They didn’t allow us to check in early, but stored our bags. During check in, the hotel did have a number of people helping check in guest so check in was fairly quick. The hotel comfort was nice, the king room was a tight fit, but typical for Manhattan. The breakfast was pretty good, more than just a continental. The location was good, not great, it was 1/2 block from 1 subway line but close to Flatiron building and neighborhood. There is a nice outside covered area to relax while waiting for transportation. The worst part was the wait for the elevator. The hotel floors (at least on our floor) only had maybe 10-12 rooms but the hotel went 30+ stories high and that made waiting for 1 of 4 elevators timely. Especially at breakfast time. We ended up taking the stairs down 22 floors with luggage in order to get to our airport transportation waiting outside. The king size room price was good, ultimately the reason I booked was the location and price was the best value for why we were in Manhattan.

Fue una excelente elección, Fuimos de vacaciones con mi esposa y 2 hijos. La ubicación es muy buena, a 4mins caminando está la estación del metro. Caminando llegas a Times Square en 20mins Tienes restaurantes y tiendas de autoservicio muy cerca. Aunque la estadía fue muy buena, creo que pueden mejorar el servicio de desayuno incluido. Tener un poco más de variedad.
