In addition, although having a laundry facility is convenient, the overall environment is very dirty. The elevator in Building 9 also smells extremely bad, as if someone had urinated inside.
At the breakfast shop, the older heavyset lady at the counter consistently has a very poor attitude toward guests.
The service at the hotel front desk has also been very disappointing. First, our reservation details were not properly registered, and we were asked to walk back to the front desk again to fix the issue. Then we were not given the correct number of breakfast vouchers even though breakfast was included in our payment. The drinking water vouchers were also not provided until we went back to the counter to ask for them.
Up to now, we still have not received our receipt, and we do not understand why this basic request has not been handled.
