Many issues.
Super lumpy bad, needs to be replaced. Floor next to left bed was super sticky. Coffee pot was dirty with used grind was left inside from previous stay. No coffee or cup was ready in the room, we had to ask front desk. Only 1 set of towel, had to ask for 1 more which was given a bath towel with no hand and wash towel. Heater was loud and inconsistent hot and cold and blowing on my face.

Only the price was good
The room was fine. I stayed for a week and i had to constantky ask just to get towels and coffee. I would not stay here again

Hope you enjoy filthy bathrooms and bedding
You will be sorry if you make reservation here. This hotel is being used by homeless for temporary shelter and by prostitutes to conduct their "business". Owner is renting rooms by the hour and not cleaning between guests. Disgusting

Distracted housekeeper
I think that my bad stay was due to the housekeeper having a bad day. Coffemaker not cleaned out. Dirty floor. Gross footprint on the bathmat. Worst part was that the room had a gross smell. Took a few hours to see the dried puke on the wall. The price was good and the bed was comfortable. It was well located and I felt safe.

Checked in and the room with the king size bed had not been cleaned, dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and personal hygiene effects laying on floor. When we told the office they said “sorry there are no other King’s available”, and provided us with a double “queen”. Which was not a queen because I have one at home, it was more like an adult twin size. Being very late at night it was too late to switch so we took it. Bed spread had stains on them and bath towels almost had a hole it.

The bed sheet had dried blood stain. Got a new sheet from person on duty. Then I found the toilet seat was unclean, pretty gross. Everything else is ok but just please could you clean your sheets and toilet seats…..

They were unable to provide extra paper cups when we asked for them. The coffee maker didn’t have the coffee holder. The bathroom was poorly stocked. We chose this motel for its cleanliness and convenience. But the lack of any kind of service was disappointing.

Was looking for a Motel that would offer early check in. The manager at Fireplace Inn was Great. He was so accommodating . After a phone call, he told me our room would be ready by1:00PM. We arrived at 12:45PM. Our room was ready just like he said. Thank You Fireplace Inn for this. We had a wedding to go to and needed to get dressed. Like I said above, the manager was great, So easy to work with and esopeciallly friendy. Would stay here again..

This is a very nice motel for the price. Management is extremely helpful and kind. About 15 minutes drive from Airport. I highly suggest this hotel for the budget minded.

A mess
When checking in we got keys to a room and when we opened the room we saw it was already taken with someone else’s things in there, this is absolutely not okay from a safety point of view that the staff doesn’t know what rooms are taken and not. They seemed surprised by the information that the room was taken, but we got another room. Also our keys stopped working the second day so we had to ask them to activate them again, and luckily for us we didn’t come late that day so they were still at the office. So it seems like they have no order in their booking systems at all. The room only had one set of towels even though we were three guests, so we had to go back again and ask for more towels and the only had a few extra. The bed only had two flat pillows and no bed lamp, only roof lamps existed, so we couldn’t read in the evening when our son was sleeping. The bed linen was sliding around all night and it was a mess to sleep in. The door to the bathroom got stuck in the floor so you had to push it really hard to open and close, extremely enjoying after a few times. The hand and shower soaps was ended really fast so we had to use our own soap already the second day. They don’t clean the rooms during your stay.
