We really enjoyed our stay at Madre. Beautiful rooms with comfortable Beds, a great shower and a nice kitchen. A/C works great. We had a small dog with us and appreciated having an outdoor shower to clean all the sand off of her and for that matter ourselves before entering our room. We would definitely stay again upon return to Holbox.

Una excelente opción si quieres visitar Holbox. Está muy bien ubicado a tan solo una cuadra del centro y a 5 del ferry por qué lo que puedes llegar fácil y rápido. Los cuartos son limpios y cómodos. La piscina es de un buen tamaño y para pasar un rato agradable. El personal es muy amable y educado. Muy pendientes de todo. El lugar es seguro.

La luz del aire acondicionador no se podía apagar la luz, por la noche era muy molesto. La propiedad de al lado estuvo martillando y taladrando desde que llegué hasta que me fui. Había 5 muchachos que estaban en hab más grande y hacían mucho ruido en la alberca, sus gritos llegaban hasta la hab 5. La TV nunca, funcionó ni la señal local ni el internet, no me Importó, por eso no lo reporte, puede que el siguiente huésped si lo comente. Fuera de eso todo bien.

El espacio del departamento es muy bueno, muy cómodo para dormir e incluso para trabajar hasta tarde sin incomodar a los demás.

Las instalaciones y habitación están ok, el colchón muy incomodo (se pueden sentir los resortes en la espalda) el servicio, la atención y la experiencia son algo desagradables. Es un mal intento de servicio contactless, solo hay una llave para el acceso principal y si otro huésped decide llevársela te quedas afuera sin poder accesar, si llegas antes a la isla tendrás que cargar con tus cosas hasta el check-in porque el lugar no tiene donde ni les interesa cuidar tus maletas sabiendo lo complicado que es caminar por las calles de la isla.
