Extremely disappointed trip to Disney land Paris
The hotel is tired.
Staffing issues in bar area meant all of bar was not open.
Swimming pool water temperature was stated at 28c. However it did not feel like that , everyone thought that the pool was too cold.
Room not cleaned properly, glasses not washed on 2 occasions.
Feels as if everything is being cut back eg poor quality toilet paper , water not replaced etc
Main dissatisfaction was that although Disney Paris tickets were included in the price we were not made aware how much of the park was closed.
Some of the park is closed for refurbishment but some of the shows seem to just have been closed. In the park the water in the toilets is cold and hand dryers do not work.
Overall 50% of shows are cancelled and a huge amount of park is closed. We have been coming to the park for over 30 years and will not be coming again.
I feel that Hotels . Com should be issuing a warning to clients booking a hotel with Disney booking.
A small saving grace were the staff in the hotel bar who were fantastic.
