This hotel’s 3-star rating on Expedia is misleading—it should be rated 1 or 2 stars due to unreliable management and poor room service. I requested regular cleaning when I checked in, reminded them on the third night, and filed a formal complaint on the fourth night. The room wasn’t cleaned until the fifth night, and even then, the bed sheets weren’t changed. I am still waiting for an apology. Additionally, the sink tap was loose, the toilet leaked, and the showerhead was so loose it sprayed water everywhere.
