The hotel is very convenient to the train station and airport. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooftop restaurant was excellent. Our room was spacious and well appointed, but there was no counter space and the shower was awkward with flexible walls that didn't stay put while showering, making an otherwise luxurious bathroom odd.

Nice and clean room, the rooftop bar is a rare to find in Napoli but the staff was not as helpful and service oriented when compared to other Hotels I stayed during this trip.

The Una Hotels Napoli Rooftop bar has some amazing views of Naples. The hotel was wonderful, staff were amazing, inside the hotel was clean, and the rooms were large and very clean, but I was disappointed in the condition of the city of Naples. There was trash everywhere , and a large population of homeless right out front of the hotel. And the graffiti that is everywhere, including on historical buildings and sites was truly disheartening.
