Not enough room to talk about why not to stay here
We were so excited upon arrival. The hotel's location was great and it was really a nice spot. They did make you wait until 4:00 to check in. There was no early check-in for anyone it seemed... So we got to our room and changed into our swimsuit so he could go swim at the pool after we checked in... Come to find out they closed the pool at 4:00, how silly is that? So we ate food and turned in early for the night. Unfortunately we could only sleep on one side of the room because the other side didn't have the AC working properly and it was very hot. We had called about three or four times to have someone come and fix it, they kept saying that they would get to us but never told us a time. So will you call down and ask if we could have someone come down in the morning instead so we could go to sleep after all of our traveling that day. We got up the next morning and headed out to some adventures only to come back around noon to find that the air conditioning was still broken. Someone came about an hour later and fixed it, only for it to be broken again 2 hours later. The maintenance lady was kind of rude and said that she had been trying to contact us all morning in our room. So apparently we were supposed to wait around in our room for it to be fixed. No communication on that was given to us. I also let her know that the remote in one of the bedrooms was not working or possibly the TV. Nobody ever addressed that.
