The hotel uses Dish satellite for its television service but it didn't work. Staff was super helpful in trying to resolve, they first reset the connection on the tv in our room, then they reset the entire system for the hotel. Neither worked. Then they offered to change rooms for us, but when they checked service in that room it didn't work there either. Another staff member tried to help, but they said many other guests were complaining about not getting service either. Oh well - at least the staff were great! For an extra $20 a night I would recommend staying at one of the Marriott family properties in town - they are a more reliable, consistent brand in terms of keeping everything working, updating their properties, and the quality of their complimentary breakfasts is much higher (i.e. for example, a variety of milk and milk alternatives options, fresh hot oatmeal whereas at this property you have to add water to your bowl and then find a microwave to cook it, to name just a couple things).
