Mixed Impressions from a VIP Stay
I stayed in the exclusive VIP suite at the top of the hotel, offering breathtaking views of the entire city. The rooms are modern and stylish, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with light. Service was generally good, with helpful staff and convenient room service offering tasty meals.
However, some aspects fell short of expectations. The reception area is embarrassingly small for a hotel of this caliber, and check-in took longer than it should have. The on-site restaurant, while fresh and clean, had a limited menu and was surprisingly empty despite the prime location—it really should be buzzing with activity.
The hotel feels new and fresh, which is a plus, but not everything seems to be running at full capacity or efficiency just yet. While there are clear highlights, there’s also room for improvement to match the luxurious promise of the suite and overall experience.
