It is not a hotel it is hostel. One star place as indicated on the sign in the hotel. There is no reception just a person in a bar on the main floor. Noisy all evening and night until 3am.
Our room was not cleaned for five days. Please do not trust this place for three stars standards.

Not at all like description. Toilet did not work properly, water leaking from ceiling, bath fan not working, heater not working, room smelled from food being cooked as part of a hostel in connection with hotel. People smoking and vaping in entry. Manager aloof.

L'hotel sembra molto un ostello inglese, nulla a che vedere con l'hotel descritto qui o anche dal sito internet. La reception è praticamente un bar, un locale, con bottiglie e tavoli in vista, come un bancone da locale notturno. La struttura è composta da quattro piani, su ogni piano ci sono alcune camere, totalmente diverse da come sono pubblicate su internet. In cinque giorni (quattro notti) non ci hanno cambiato le asciugamani e non ci hanno portato bagno schiuma o altre cose necessarie per il bagno. Di notte è molto rumoroso, non dall'esterno, ma rumori, anche non piacevoli, provenienti dai piani superiori o dalle camere vicine. La colazione a buffet, del tutto fuori dalle normative Covid, era molto povera, aveva l'essenziale. Non ci sono tavoli separati, ma due tavoli grandi da stare tutti insieme. Il personale era gentile.

Property needs a serious upgrade on decor and amenities. WiFi was terrible. Most of the time didn’t work. Breakfast was ok with limited options. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Tentative d'arnaque par le réceptionniste (ou propriétaire ?).
En présence de sa collègue, il a vu nos 2 grosses valises puis nous a dit que la chambre allouée à Expédia (N°23) était vraiment petite.
D'après lui, il n'y avait plus qu'une autre chambre disponible dans l'hôtel.
Il nous en a proposé une autre contre un supplément de 120€...pour un séjour initial de 160€ sur 2 jours !
Nous avons visité la N° 23 puis une autre chambre triple pas encore refaite et avons décidé de ne pas accepter cette extorsion d'argent.
Dans la chambre, je consulte le site expédia où les photos de la chambre ne correspondent absolument pas à la notre.
Je retourne à la réception avec mon ordinateur.
Le réceptionniste s'étant absenté, sa collègue nous trouve immédiatement la N°22 plus grande (sans être exceptionnelle).
Cette technique détestable semble bien rodée.
Par ailleurs, cette enseigne regroupe 6 noms différents.
L'ascenseur était en cours d'installation lors de notre passage.
Il y a certainement mieux et bien plus honnête à Florence

Mi chiedo come sia possibile dare voti così alti ...rapporto qualità prezzo eccessivo...io e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti niente colazione in una stanza tugurio con bagno cieco..bidet a scomparsa e finestra praticamente cieca...stanza buia ..unica nostra salvezza avere vissuta stanza solo per dormire
