The landscaped area of the property was very attractive, but the best thing about this property is the dinner chef, Poli, who is very accomplished and creates delicious meals. The breakfast not so much. Some of the wait staff seem unhappy with their job and communicate it when dealing with guests. Though effort was made, the reception person was unable to fix the TV and since the person was manning the front desk too, couldn't spend more time on it. Worst of all, the walls of the rooms are paper thin. I was treated to an emotional phone call next door that went on for 30 minutes. I heard the woman sneeze twice and if I had said Bless You she would have heard me. I didn't go outside into the area around the property so don't know. The staff though pleasant were of limited help and did not take the initiative - not sure whether it was inexperience or what. For example, ordering two Ubers for the same destination at the same time, instead of suggesting that the guests might be interested in sharing one. The Internet went out for awhile and the staff person was immediately on the phone to fix it, but wasn't aware of the steps that could have been taken to fix it without having to troubleshoot on the phone. That information was provided by the person on the phone.
