Un poco complicado
Un poco complicado , al hacer check in , ya que en la recepción no había nadie , solo un número de teléfono, ( dado que llevamos números telefónicos de otro país ) fue difícil contactarlo , hasta que por fin se nos ocurrió mandarle un whats app y así ya me contestó y nos dio indicaciones para entrar a la habitación !!!!

Stay in the middle of everything in Fira
Great great location in the middle of busy Fira. The hotel is on 3 floors with an open center. 1st and 2nd are facing a big tree, so it gives you privacy, but no view our room was top floor by the shared patio, so the view was at its best. Wouldn't change it :) The owner replys quickly. The wifi is indicated on the outside of the office, so when you get there, you can give him a text or a call easily. Good coffee in the morning. I would go back!

I had a fantastic stay at the Fira Vista hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and Theo (the owner) was very responsive via WhatsApp to my requests for taxis, more towels when needed, etc. There were no windows in my room other than in the bathroom and a small window near the front door, but it was fine for what I wanted since I was only planning to be there to sleep at night. I knew what I was paying for. Great location in the heart of Fira with shopping and restaurants surrounding you. It is a bit loud at night but that is expected given the proximity to the nightlife. As long as you know that you are getting 4 walls and a bathroom as a place to sleep at night and not a luxury resort with amenities and a view of the entire island, you will enjoy it! It was clean, safe, and very convenient for my 3 night stay in Santorini.

The Property was terrible with insects running around on bed, no on site person for registration or picking up keys. Our checkin was at 3 pm, when we reached at 4 pm no one was there ( later realized they hardly opened). The hotel did not communicate anything as well, so we were stuck. Some local helped me to call the hotel for keys. Rooms are not spacious and don’t match to the picture shown. Everything was very cheap quality and not worth for room rents. The good thing may be the location as the hotel is in the middle of market complexes, but entrances was very narrow for transferring the luggage.

Not good.They had no idea that we were coming.I had to book at 3 pm because I had problems with my flight,but got to the hotel and there was no one there.Only some workers.

This hotel is not accessible to cars. I wouldn't have booked it if I knew we had to drag luggage to climb uphill so many steps. No hotel staff was there after 21:00. A kind Australian couple helped us during our late arrival. Staff left room doors unlocked with keys and towels in the rooms. Rooms are clean but had no chair. The hotel staff couldn't help so I got backache after staying 2 nights. I could also hear noise from a nearby bar at night. At checking out, we paid someone to help with our luggage to our taxi. This place is for young travelers and party lovers.

Good location for short stay
The hotel is situated in the Center of Fira, so be prepared for the noise (mostly music from bars around). We also paid more for the superior room, not worth it. I think it’s the same as double room… and you also get something on the ground floor. The shower drain was too small. Humidity smell in the bathroom and room.

Can be noisy if that bothers you (it didn't bother me). I was on the first floor so it was fine. The shower design is a little strange as water leaks onto the bathroom floor - not a major issue. Also the towel rail was broken. My only other issue was that I asked for someone to help me move my luggage when checking out and they promised assistance, however the reception was closed when I was checking out. They didn't advise me of this when I went to ask for assistance (I told them the time I was checking out). There are quite a few stairs so be aware of luggage.
