Dekat dengan Termini station. Bisa berjalan kaki ke Spanish steps, Trevi fountain. Tapi hotel terletak di dalam gedung apartemen yg tua. Lift berjalan oke, tp tua sekali. Kamar bersih, dapat free breakfast kopi & croissant tiap pagi.

Despite a little confusion in our initial access to the building, we were very happy with this Hotel. The room was clean, modern and well-appointed and once we engaged with the off-site support staff, access was no longer an issue. Our window opened up to a nice garden view making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is located in close proximity to some great restaurants which we really enjoyed. It is also not too far from Roma Termini, the Subway and the major bus routes. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights at the property. Is is an easy self check-in with clear instructions. There is coffee, water, a small kitchen, cookies and breakfast included. This is really cool! Though it didn't make up for the room. It looked like it hadn't been used in ages with dust everywhere (the sheets, the towels, on the lamps, the tables,..) and a window that didn't close properly. The most dusty room I have ever been to and not clean either. There are many things not well finished and it looked like a quick fix room just to make money. We complained about this and the next day the room got cleaned in a proper way (thank you!), Netflix worked again and we got a compensation (which was really nice). We appreciate the easy communication and compensation but the overall experience was not good.

Nel complesso comodo. Purtroppo , avendo letto in precedenza commenti delle altre recensioni , non posso dare l eccellenza per la pulizia. Abbiamo trovato diversi capelli nella doccia, mobile del caffè sporco di caffè e capelli nelle lenzuola dentro il lettino della bambina. Come struttura comoda per visitare Roma , non posso dire nulla ma per il resto purtroppo non posso recensirla ad ottimi livelli. Comodo il check in online. Sul personale non posso esprimermi in quanto fatto check in online non ho visto nessuno . Per concludere: io personalmente non ritornerei ma bisogna anche tener conto del prezzo… assolutamente onesto per la posizione in cui si trova.

Lugar bien ubicado
En general y considerando que Roma es una ciudad muy antigua, creo que las instalaciones son buenas, el ac funciona bien, baños y en general hay buena limpieza y ofrecen algunos snacks gratis. Está muy cerca de la estación termini lo cual facilita el traslado a cualquier lugar que uno desee.

Veldig smidig å få tilgang til tross for manglende resepsjon. Men lovnad om kornetto hver morgen som stod på en brosjyre på rommet var fraværende. Og complementary kurv var ikke fult med noe av interesse. Rent og ryddig rom hver dag. Lå ganske sentralt og lett å finne frem.

Good location, but not the best sleep
It was a part of our Euro couple geataway and we stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was close to train and metro stations, about 7 minutes walk. Easy self check in. The room was quite small but clean and pleasant looking, we had an acces to a kitchen space where we could make cappuccino and use the water filter. In the room we had a Nespresso machine, capsules an some cookies, as well as we were provided with a small bottle of prosecco, which was a pleasant treat.. The cleaning was done daily. I liked the room overall minus the bed, the mattress was terrible, hard as a brick. Both me and my boyfriend had pain all over our bodies in the morning because we are used to a good ergonomic mattress, but the one we had in our room was just terrible. We left pretty tired after 3 days.

Lovely big room, very comfortable with nice garden view, simple snacks provided in room and access to kitchen - enjoyed free biscuits and hot chocolate! Walking distance to Metro approximately 7 minutes.

An excellent location, close to the Rome central train station (Roma termini) check in was surprisingly easy given that there was no staff. Our room was clean and tidy, everything we needed was there: towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and lotion. And the staff are very responsive to our messages.

Chambres très bien situées géographiquement et proche des transports et de tous le monuments. Pas de personnel sur place mais réactif en cas de problème sur Whatsapp. Cuisine commune avec possibilité de faire réchauffer un plat. I am not a picky person but I would really like to understand how such high ratings were given for this property ,the building had a funny smell , no one to greet you it’s what I call more like a bed & breakfast they have a central kitchen but the thing that was most disturbing was the area definitely don’t recommend for young families or singles in front of a sex cinema area is dirty and rough , I was even told by a local and our taxi driver the area is not the greatest and to be cautious. Yes it’s not too far from Roma Termini but definitely would not stay because of that. It’s unfortunate I lost my money but I just could not stay there with my family so we decided to leave after one day. Thank you to a local who helped us find another area which was lovely safe and walkable & close to attractions I just had to share my honest opinion on this
