Great room, great location, at a cheap price.
The room exceeded my expectations. It was decently big, and very clean, with a nice view of the canal. We only had 2 minor complaints: there was no soap on the sink, and the AC automatically turned off during the night.

Disgusting, dirty, left early and lost money
We checked in close to check in time and were given a room on the first floor. Absolutely tiny and did not match the pictures / description for the room booked at all. There was not space on both sides of the bed. There was also an incessant beeping noise that they couldn't get to turn off. We asked to change rooms, they told us to wait for the manager to come see if he could get the panel to stop beeping. I was terribly sick and just wanted to sleep. Once we shared that they found another room for us. That room was on a higher floor and MATCHED what I actually booked. The room was still VERY UNCLEAN. The walls had so many scuff marks, dirt marks, etc, the windows had caked on dirt inside, the shower was missing the drain grating and had a lot of yellow green buildup. It was not a 3 star hotel at all. It was disgusting. We left a night early and just ate the cost of losing the money.

Practic place to rest, welcoming people. Things to improve the looker, the cleanliness, maybe one glass to drink water. I like that the offer free coffee all the time and it's in the entrance, so the resources are optimized for everyone. For the price it a good place.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. We had to check in here due to a flight cancelletion and booked for two nights. The bedding stank and was damp, the mattress was filthy, the wallpaper was stained and held on in places with duct tape, there was no window and the room was damp and we checked out the next morning and stayed elsewhere. We were unable to get a refund on the second night but could not wait to get out of there. The staff were quite aware of the problems but had no power to do anything about them. There were insects on the wall and we were concerned about bedbugs.

L'hotel n'est pas luxueux mais assez confortable, propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires. L'accueil est aimable et professionnel. Il manque la possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner. L'hotel est très bien placé, le long d'un canal en plein centre ville proche de tous les lieux de visite. Je recommande.

Upon arriving, we received our room without difficulty. It was located in a basement level below the surface of the roads with no windows except for a dirty skylight. The room was musty and had mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom. The walls were dirty with streaks of various substances and hairs. There were also several various insects that decided to also stay the night. Our travel plans were cut short and we were only able to stay one night in Amsterdam, but I am glad it was only one.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans l’hôtel en juillet 2024. La localisation de l’hôtel est géniale : a mi chemin entre la museumplein et la gare centrale. Le lieu est calme. Notre chambre se trouvait au sous sol, elle était confortable et lumineuse. Le lit était refait tous les jours mais le ménage était mal fait. Nous ne captions pas la wifi dans la chambre.

Llegamos y el televisor estaba roto a golpes, aunque en recepción tenían el reemplazo, no lo cambiaron durante toda la semana de la estancia. Había unos como unos rastros de que algún energúmeno había pasado sus dedos llenos de vete a saber que por la pared, también nos acompañaron toda la semana. El hotel es caro para una habitación con el tamaño de una celda, solo tiene que está muy bien comunicado y si te alojas en el no tendrás que tomar ningún transporte para ir a la mayoría de los sitios típicos.
