Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. However, I had issues with the amenities: the air conditioning struggled to cool the room down, and the shower flooded after every use. Water seeped into the bedroom area and ended up soaking my luggage.

The staff was incredible. We were late arriving due to multiple airline delays, lost luggage, etc. They were so helpful in assisting us with some replacement supplies as well as directions and suggestions for stores & restaurants in the area. We really appreciated the extraordinary professionalism and kindness of the staff.

Basic hotel with a good location

Basic hotel with very good location. Spacious and clean room. Cafes for breakfast close by.

Clean, conveniently located. It was too hot inside, and the controller didn’t help. Faucet in kitchenette was broken, and the shower stall too small even for Italy.

We really enjoyed our stay with the hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel and room were clean, and the building was secure. The street was pretty noisy, but the building was rather soundproof. Location was ideal for our excursions.

Sfeervolle locatie in hartje Napels

Sfeervol, klein hotel. Aanrader!

The staff was extremely helpful they gave good options for dinner. They were able to hold our luggage while we were visiting another country which was huge help not lug so many suitcases.

Ottima esperienza

Persona fantastica, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Vogliamo tornare molto presto. Grazie Giuseppe.

Nice neighborhood, good hotel.

Old building in a great neighborhood. Towels are very old. Room was spacious. Pull out couch not very comfortable.

6/10 Bagus

Staff were nice and location was good, however…. The hotel is fine for people with light luggage. Luggage needs to be carried manually up three large steps to reach a lift. The staff kindly provided an upgrade with a balcony view, but the bathroom and toilet size is suitable only for nursery school children.
