Sono le 6 di mattina e non ho chiuso occhio per un rumore fortissimo tipo trapano a percussioni che arriva dalla ventola del riscaldamento all ingresso. Se potessi allegarvi l audio capireste. Siamo in 2 e in bagno ho asciugami per una sola persona quindi abbiamo usato quello della doccia in 2 . Dico solo il parcheggio privato pagato extra no comment per la scomodità di entrarci con un veicolo che non sia una smart.. vista dal balcone? Un muro..nota positiva il personale alla reception e ai tavoli per la colazione .altra nota positiva la bellezza estetica dell ingresso dell hotel e della sala colazione peccato tale bellezza no si estende alla comodità alla rumorosità e i servizi base delle camere. Un consiglio se per i prezzi offerti expedia mettete a disposizione camere vecchie e non attrezzate basta specicarlo così uno sceglie se andare altrove.

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food and drinks. I enjoyed the property because it is unique. In its glory days this was a fine place. Today it is still good but needs a few updates. It’s worth the price and the location near the train station is very helpful.

Checking with Hotel.com, the hotel was supposed to have an onsite parking. Upon arrival we were told all parking spots were taken, so we had to find a parking spot on the street. The hotel itself was very dated with dirty carpets. The shower door was missing and fridge was not working. There was a big step right by entrance, my hunand tripped over carrying the luggages and hurt his leg. The room had a very strong odor, smelling like Lysol. The bedding had a different strong perfumed smell which was not pleasant. On the plus side, the room was large with a large bathoom and closet and breakfast was really great.

Un hôtel au charme désuet. L’intérêt principal pour notre Road trip était de pouvoir se garer assez facilement à proximité et à tarif correct, et surtout de pouvoir visiter toute la ville à pied. Très pratique à ce niveau. Beaucoup de choses auraient besoin d’être rénovées. Au vu des commentaires précédent, on s’attendait à un problème avec la baignoire à bulles… mais le personnel a bien réagi en nous changeant de chambre. Piscine agréable mais plutôt à l’ombre. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Great hotel in need of a like love
Lovely hotel in need of a bit of love such as replacing the tired carpets. Pool nice area to relax in but not necessarily catch the sun as the tall buildings cast a shadow, which many are actually grateful for. Replacing the halogen bulbs in the bathroom would be good . Breakfast buffet ok. Coffee wise I’ve had in Italy. Surrounding area at present a bit of a construction site as it is being updated towards the station. Should look great when finished.

Bar didn't appear to be open an no menu available. Carpets were stained and threadbare. Pool area very over grown and not enough sunbeds to use. Pool was very rarely in the sun so not ready usable. This is by no means a 4 star hotel so very over priced for what was available. Area outside was not the nicest until you got to the main road and then the old town.

Location was far from centre. The Grand Hotel was not grand. Elevator out order the entire stay, no towels, carpet dirty throughout hotel, furniture stained,; the hotel may have been wonderful at one time but needs an update. Only thing the was grand was the pool.

Séjour agréable
Hôtel très pratique a 5 mins à pied de la gare et des bus et à 10 mins du centre historique avec une piscine. Chambre propre, petit déjeuner correct. Hôtel avec un grand potentiel mais un peu vieillissant, aurait besoin d’un coup de peinture et d’un changement des moquettes.
