Picked this property for location and number of beds, for those two items 5 stars. For everything else 2 stars. Street parking was tough. Our first apartment was on the third floor. Two rooms, small kitchen and bathroom. Only one window to outside. Bathroom window was covered with a black trash bag (for privacy?) The queen and twin beds are the cheapest metal frames you cam buy on amazon. When my son sat on the twin the metal supports fell to the floor, several were out on the queen two. We had to take the mattresses off to put the metal bed slats in so the mattress was supported. The shower had no water pressure, a trickle, and no hot water. The toilet flushed once then never flushed again. We called to report the only toilet not refilling and flushing.
The communication was good and a handy man came right within an hour (we had to end dinner early to meet him and let him in), it couldn't be fixed at 8pm. We were moved to an identical apartment on 2nd floor. Same layout and cheap beds. One less window. The kitchen window led to a laundry room that the light stayed on 24/7 letting light in at night. No kitchen trash can, no kitchen soap, plates and cups but no silverware. broken inoperable microwave that you had to unplug the fridge to plug in only to find it broken. Keypad door lock stopped working, had to call and they gave us a combo to a lock box with a metal key. Overall friendly people on the phone and in person but a mess of a stay.
