This place has shown us huge amounts of customer service and really made our stay very welcoming. The Staff there is the friendliest people in the world I do recommend try the in hotel spa the service was way better than any other spa service in Kuta and Seminyak. We really enjoyed our stay at the Byou hotel in Bali. The staff was over-the-top, friendly and accommodating all the time the location was great. They had a mall just down the street and my girlfriend and I went to a movie which we typically don’t do we also liked the food in the restaurant and the continental breakfast that was included as well. I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in Bali a great experience!
