Some Ups and Questionable.
My stay was fine, but in the 1st night, we were on the 19th floor and kept hearing the elevator all night making it difficult to sleep. We planned to leave the next day so we checked out. Due to unforseen circumstances, we ended up staying a second night. This time, we were on the 14th floor and the room was gorgeous. The only thing was I think we were either right by the heating furnace or something and it was loud off and on all night. Also, the parking garage is really really really tight.

Hot, loud and miserable stay
It was so hot in our room we struggled to sleep. We turned the air conditioning down but it would come back up. It remained 78 in the room. The people next to us ran around all hours of the night and banged on each others doors, and the pipes/ac made horrible loud noise constantly and consistently. We are so tired after trying to sleep and miserable. We aren’t complainers so we kept quiet but we should have just gone home. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Overall an excellent experience. Very helpful and courteous staff, pretty good complementary breakfast bar. A little confusing with two hotels sharing the same building, parking lot and elevators, but a good stay once i figured it out. Would definitely stay there again.

My overall service made reservations for the rooftop could not get my reservations because they had another function. I was disappointed about that. It was my birthday I had people coming couldn’t get on the rooftop until 8 PM. My reservation is for 6 PM the next morning we got an alert Saying that there was a problem in the building we had to evacuate I was on the 17th floor. I have torn tendons in my knee, walked down 17 flights of stairs. It was a false alarm didn’t give any extra time to go back to your room to pack to leave They refunded me back money for the garage. I did not park on the garage. It was horrible. I would like to be compensated on another room at another time at any hotel of my choice. At least they can do get off the elevator to my room, I could not Holly walk because of the time tendons in my knee. I had to get someone to help me in my room very bad.

We had booked this hotel based on prior experience, however it looked to had been going renovation. Furniture was hanging on hinges, one of the rooms was actively being painted as we were goin in. One of us had come in super late and even tho we let the front desk know she lost the room (how is that possible if the room was paid for). another one had to keep moving to a different room because the AC was not working, he was moved 7 times

During our stay in April, the elevators were not all running so the wait for those that were was extremely long. There was also an event on the rooftop, unbeknownst to us, so we couldn’t visit this. The property is connected to another hotel, so navigating upon checkin was a tiny bit confusing. It seemed like they were working with limited staff. The toilets in the lobby weren’t flushing at that time. It was a place to lay our heads for the night but it was a bit run down. Given this feedback is late, if fixes/updates have been made since then, please disregard.

Older building, but pretty well maintained. Didn't seem to be much going on around the property for a downtown Friday night. Breakfast was above average. $25/night for parking on-site is a bit much. Public parking garages are nearby and probably offer better rates.

The hotel had a night club at the top floor that blasted music until 2AM. Neither Expedia nor the hotel told us that before they reserved our room on the 19th floor! Also, didn't get full refund even after being told by the hotel that we will get full refund.

This property is very confusing to get to travel wise. Arrived and got to room, which wasn't what we booked. Non-smoking, which smelt like smoke....room to fit 4 adults and 2 kids, with 2 queen beds. How did we all fit? Not possible. We were charged $15 per roll out, per night. This is not the room we were promised. Very, very disappointed. Went to front desk to complain and was told no manager on duty and would have to go through third party who we booked with to take care of. Well, travelocity blames the hotel, hotel blames travelocity. No resolve. Very sad that this type of disappointing customer service from major brand names occurs in 2024.
