Gorgeous 600 year old building right in the historic center. Great staff, gorgeous rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Naple. Huge wooden door that closed at night for safety and for noise. Completely quiet even though it was a busy Friday night. Clean room and given a free drink in the lobby after 6:00. The elevator is very old and can only house two people at a time but still it great working condition. Would stay again.

Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival. Unique Boutique Hotel experience

Great two night stay in the heart of Naples. Modern bedroom and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Very tasty breakfast. Good service from all staff, especially those on the front desk who catered for our every need. Great restaurant recommendations. Great air conditioning as it was very hot in Naples when we stayed. This hotel is truly unique and different, from the entrance doorway and lift to the staircases and outside terrace. It isn't the cheapest hotel, but look no further.

When you first arrive at the hotel, it’s a little bit intimidating but when the big gates open, this is an amazing place to stay. An awesome secluded hotel in the middle of the Spanish Quarter. It took a while to find it as it is hidden off the street in a courtyard. Beautiful condition and style. Very friendly and professional staff greet you. It has a private fifth floor terrace where you can see the city.

This was a perfect place to stay in Naples. It's right off Spaccanapoli, which means its a super walkable area with a lot nearby. I found staying here is probably preferable to the Via Toledo area, which is much busier (though both are busy). The hotel was super clean (our room actually got cleaned multiple times a day, if anything it felt excessive!) and it feels private, safe, and quiet, despite being right off a major pedestrian street. There's a nice little rooftop hangout space and a friendly and helpful 24-hour check-in. Would absolutely say here again!

The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff.
