Warm welcome
The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and well finished but very hot. We only discovered the radiator behind the curtain by one of the beds, too late for us to enjoy a decent nights sleep in a room that wasn't too hot.

A nice hotel with good placement for our plans. Unfortunately a lot of noice due to construction work behind the hotel…but straight outside our windows. Also working on Saturday which woke us really early. On Saturday our towels were not switched (which was ok) but somebody (!) had “kissed” my towel with lipstick!!? Had lipstick of that color on my room??? Did somebody try it on and rub it of on my towel??

Strålande boende på Beatles Hotel
Personalen var super trevlig och tillmötesgående. Rummen var väl isolerade och inte lyhörda. Vi fick ett mycket bra bemötande när vi hade rest långt och vi fick vårt rum tidigare incheckningstid utan extra avgift när mina barn var trötta! En stjärna till receptionen.

Staff were excellent, from Check in to breakfast. Unfortunately we were in a room where the shower did not work at all. We didn’t have time to move rooms so did not report it and used alternate facilities elsewhere. We were also disappointed that there was no mention of the very loud construction works next to our end of the hotel. We were woken by this and it continued for most of our stay.
