We're happy about the property, very clean . Convenient to shops and restaurants. Transportation, just 2 minutes walk to Metro train and 15 minutes walk to the pier for ferry.

Really great location, next to the main station. Very comfortable and easy check in/out process.
One thing to bear in mind, the location is near a lot of sketchy looking characters, didn’t feel that safe walking at night.

Our stay was great. We did a remote check in which was easy to follow and the hotel manager assisted us with the process. The room was a good size and we really liked the complimentary water and coffee.
When planning the next phase of our trip, they were really helpful with giving us advice of where to go and prices for ferries to the Amalfi.
Overall it was a great place to stay in Naples

The location was in the flight path of jets.. overhead frequently, and on a very busy/loud street. The AC did not work, and not even a fan was provided. We left early and were unable to receive any refund. Beware!!

Great location in the city. Close to key areas for food and travel. The completely virtual check in worked ok for us (maybe trickier for less digitally confident people). The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Had a couple of small issues that didn't get fixed but we knew we'd booked a relatively basic stay so nothing that drastically impacted our stay. The walls are quite thin so you're reliant on self aware guests in other rooms which we did have. I'd recommend staying again if you're just looking for a place to put your head down at the end of the day but if you're looking for something more it might not be for you. Our contact on WhatsApp was very helpful and could sort out taxis for the morning etc, but again a couple of issues weren't sorted while we were there.

Didn’t like admitting self with multiple steps. OK once you figured it out. The room was clean and modern. We only stayed in that area for pickup the next morning.

We enjoyed our stay here for a few nights exploring Naples and surrounding areas!
The hotel is located around 10-15 walk from main train station. It was around 15 minute walk to the port where you can take a boat to Procida, Capri etc.
Its easily walkable to all the tourist sights & shopping areas from here.
The hotel was in a quiet courtyard so still managed to get a good sleep in busy Naples!
The reception staff were great - using whatsapp to communicate and can keep your bags here on check out day when we had a later flight.
We had bottled water on the first day, but this wasnt replenished on the other days which was maybe the only downside.

The hotel is very close to the Duomo and easily accessible by metro. However, make sure to read the email about the self-check-in process before you arrive. While the facilities are new, the cleanliness was lacking. I found individual hairs on the bed and a hairball under the sliding door.

The room was great! it was somewhat small but ok for one person. they gave me two free bottles of water in the fridge and the bathroom was very clean and small but had enough counterspace.
my only complaint would be about the reception. I tried going to reception around 5pm on sat - when they're supposed to be open, however, no one was there. the person to contact on Whatsapp was fairly responsive but not when I absolutely needed it- like when I needed to check out. overall though, I'd stay here again
