Nearer to masjid Nabwi saw. Breakfast war good. Catering manager Mr. Ali was very caring and good to all customers.

Nice reception area but nothing else. The rooms were OK, bathroom very basic, beds were very uncomfortable. Good location, Prophets mosque was less than 5 mins away. But you get what you pay for. Better hotels cost more.

Poor room service, no towels provided even after requesting for soooo many yimes, manager was too nice and humble and took care of everything as soon as we met him. Cleanliness is average, even the bed linens were dirty the first two nights

Das Hotel ist total veraltet. Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Zimmerreinigung gab es nur gegen Bezahlung an das Personal. Wir würden dieses Hotel nie mehr buchen!

Did not get the room we booked. No toiletries. No housekeeping. Toilet was not cleaned. Asked housekeeping to clean it. They said they will clean it when we will leave. I seriously do not want to say bad about anything. But when my family got insulted. That’s crossing the line. Worst stay of our life. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice location and good customer services.
Good Hotel, Very close to Al Masjid an Nabawi. Just cross the road. Clean and helpful Staff. Everyday room services asking for needs. Restaurant Staff are amazing. Specially Manager Mr. Mohamed Sayed, who is amazing person for customers.. Helpful and look after lots. For him I am accutally writing as he deserves good comments. Hope come back again same place and I will recommend friends & family too.

Big Time Looters & Thugs
Despite having receipt of payment of full amount in advance from Expeida, they charged me excess amount for the same room without giving any reason , explanation or receipt. It was take it or leave it for the room which i have already paid in advance in full via Expedia. I am very much sure that the excess charges were gone in the pockets of receptionists since they didn't even issue any receipts against the same !

Was about to stay in the street!
I went there around 3 am !! exhausted after a long trip to find out that they did not receive any confirmation about my booking so they asked me to book and pay again!! That was horrible !! And the price was way higher than what I found on Expedia!! So, I left them and stayed in other hotel!

Stayed in this hotel for the first time and must say I was surprised by the hotel.It is a few minutes walk to the Haram.room was really nice and cleaned daily.staff very helpful and breakfast was nice. Would stay there again in the future as the price was very reasonable

Medina visit
The check-in was a nightmare but situation for resolved eventually. The check-in staff should be able to speak English but don't and this causes confusion and frustration all around. The condition of the room and specially bathroom was tired and need of refresh.
