A lovely welcome, were able to check in early and leave our luggage there which was very much appreciated. Max gave lots of tips on places to visit and eat as well as safety advice. The room was very clean and modern and the bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. Our breakfast was delivered on time and was delicious. The only tiny down side was that although there was a kettle there was no tea or coffee making facilities. I do like to have a cup of tea to wake up!! I would definitely recommend staying here. Very good central location.

Massimiliano nos dio excelente atención, fue súper amable, nos dio recomendaciones y orientaciones en la ciudad, nos sentimos como en casa. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, almohadas y colchones deliciosos, ambiente tranquilo, descansamos muy bien. El desayuno sencillo pero muy bien para empezar el día, te lo llevan a la habitación calientito. El hotel está en excelente ubicación para tomar trenes y metro, solo caminas unos pasos y es seguro. Volvería a hospedarme aquí definitivamente

Fabulous stay with my two teenage sons. To have the option of 3 beds was unusual and hugely appreciated! The service from our hosts was impeccable and I cannot thank and praise them enough. Even checking in with us every evening to make sure that we were okay and didn't need anything. I give this accomodation the highest possible praise and eating. If I could give 6 stars I would! We had the most amazing experience thanks to our host, Massimiliano. He truly goes above and beyond for his guests! From the moment we arrived, he took the time to welcome us personally, explain everything there is to see, and give great tips on how to get around. During our trip, we had an issue with a reservation at another hotel, and Massimiliano went out of his way to help us, he even called the hotel himself (in Italian!) to sort things out for us. Who does that these days? The hotel itself is spotless, quiet, and perfectly located, but what really makes the difference is the incredible hospitality. Sometimes he even waits outside to greet his guests personally, that’s just the kind of host he is. We’ve stayed in many places, but Massimiliano is truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. Highly, highly recommend ! I would give 100/5 but i can't !

The place is super clean ! Its a good place to stay if you plan to be out all day . Its near the naples central station. Its just kind of sketchy outside the hotel but there are a lot of police so its still safe. Lots of places to eat ! Overall this hotel is not bad at all.

We stayed for two nights in a four-person apartment and were warmly welcomed by Massimiliano, who was incredibly attentive and gave us lots of restaurant and tour recommendations. We had a great breakfast, the apartment was very clean, and the location was just two minutes from Napoli Centrale Station, which made it very easy to get around Naples by train and metro. It was definitely worth it!

Massimiliano nos esperó en la entrada del alojamiento para recibirnos y darnos todas las indicaciones y además recomendaciones muy buenas sobre la ciudad. Fue muy amable y agradable con nosotros. El alojamiento estuvo perfecto, la habitación lo suficientemente amplia para 3, limpia y el desayuno muy bueno y completo ya incluido que te lo llevan a la habitación en el horario acordado. Hasta el último momento hicieron que nuestra estadía sea una excelente experiencia. Sin duda volveremos.

とても快適な滞在でした。部屋は清潔で設備も新しくてよかったです。応対していただいたご夫婦は親切でフレンドリーで、滞在日程に合わせておすすめコースやピザ屋さんやレストランを紹介してくれたり、電車時間や乗り場など教えてくれたり、とても助かりました。 近くにスーパーもあり買い出しも便利。 立地もナポリ駅正面でポンペイ日帰り旅行や早朝の電車での出発にもとても便利でした。 駅前の賑やかなエリアですが中庭に面しているからか騒音は全くありませんでした。 また利用したいと思います。
