Lovely B&B, and the owner was helpful and pleasant. For a tourist expecting the convenience of a modern hotel, this might be a challenge. But the location was great and we were happy with our stay.

Majoitus sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla ja sinne on helppo päästä metrolla. Gemma lähetti hyvät ohjeet, kuinka hänen luokseen pääsee. Hän oli muutoinkin erittäin avulias ja antoi hyviä vinkkejä Napolin kohteista. Saimme jopa pitää huoneemme hieman pidempään lähtöpäivänä ilman lisämaksua, joka oli hieno kädenojennus. Aamiainen oli maukas ja huoneessa oli ilmastointi, mikä teki hyvää helteisellä säällä. Vahva suositus tälle majapaikalle!

É um Bed & Breakfast muito confortável, a Gemma é muito simpática e prestativa nos deu dicas preciosas sobre a cidade, sobre marcas de coisas que queríamos comprar. Tudo estava limpo e cheiroso. Café da manhã gostoso com cappuccino feito na hora, doces caseiros tudo feito com muito capricho. A localização é perfeita, no coração do centro histórico, deu pra fazer bastante coisa a pé e o metrô é do lado com acesso a tudo que é importante. Vale muito a pena.

Excellente communication par notre hôte avant notre arrivée via WhatsApp. Nous avions tous les détails pour arriver dans de bonnes conditions. Très bon emplacement à côté du métro ligne 1 et des restaurants et commerces. Chambre confortable avec un équipement pratique et très propre. Petit déjeuner avec délicate attention selon nos envies et excellent accueil de la part de la propriétaire des lieux qui parle très bien français . Adresse à recommander.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B una sola notte per motivi di lavoro, ma l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La struttura si trova in pieno centro, facilmente raggiungibile e comodissima grazie alla vicinanza della fermata Metro. La proprietaria, Gemma, è stata estremamente accogliente, gentile e premurosa: fin dal mio arrivo mi ha fornito tanti consigli utili e suggerimenti per visitare la città e viverla al meglio, dimostrando grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. La struttura è molto pulita, le camere sono nuove, ristrutturate con gusto e dotate di aria condizionata, elemento particolarmente apprezzato. Ambiente tranquillo e curato nei dettagli. Consigliatissimo!

Le Gemma was the perfect spot to stay to visit historical old town. Centrally located on Piazza Dante. Easy access to the metro. Gemma is a superior hostess. So friendly and helpful with suggested places to eat and visit. Our second time in Naples. We’d stay here again!

La Gemma was a beautiful place to stay. The host, Gemma, was such a lovely and hospitable person, making us feel welcome the moment we booked. She went above and beyond with our room and booking, walking us through maps of the area and events happening during our stay. She was also so kind and playfor with our 1 year old, giving her toys and making her a balloon animal. Breakfast was tailored and delicious. Overall a fantastic stay.

I would definitely book a room at La Gemma again! Gemma is an amazing host that makes you feel welcome from the start! She is attentive to your needs and gives you a great introduction to the city of Naples. We got really good recommendations on restaurants, sightseeing and transport which saved us a lot of time and planning. Clean rooms with everything you might need, a bed that was great for my back, good bed linen and towels. Nice soaps and shampoo. Room was cleaned during our stay. Multiple electrical outlets. AC kept the room cool. Breakfast is tailored to your choice of food and drinks and at your preferred time. Gemma even prepares something to eat in the morning if you have to travel early. Bottled water is available for a low price but the tap water is fine to drink. The BnB is located at a piazza (square) just outside the entrance to the old quarters where you find the famous pizza, bars and street food. It’s a good starting point wherever you’re going for the day with both a subway station and bus stop. It’s walking distance to most of the main attractions in the city. The piazza is lively with restaurants and bars and the street is busy pretty much 24/7. Our room was very quiet though and we always felt safe in the neighborhood. By booking La Gemma you are supporting a local small business owner. If, like me, you have concerns about the impact short-term rental platforms can have on housing availability in local communities, this is a great alternative.

Gemma did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is a bit hard to get to with 2 flights of stairs after the elevator. The b and b is in a great location to walk to many attractions.

De B&B is handig geplaatst in het centrum, openbaar vervoer en horeca binnen handbereik. Gemma communiceert uitstekend en is zeer responsief! Je weet zeker dat iemand je opwacht met een warm onthaal!
