Beautiful hotel with amazing sea view. Good size room and balcony. Hotel is close to the beach and to lots of nice restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little place.
Amazing hotel. Pay the little extra for the sea view. As the balconies are perfect for morning coffee and late night caps. Very good breakfast and very clean. Felt more like a small family run business than a chain. Way above my expectations

The perfect hotel and location in Sarande
I was honestly so happy staying here during my trip to Sarande. It was perfect for me. It was centrally located, kept very well, it had a lovely panoramic ocean view from my balcony, and the service was first class. When I come back to Sarande, I will 100 % stay at this hotel. Thank Joan and Augjele for taking good care of me when I stayed with you. I really appreciated your hospitality.

I stayed 5 nights at Hotel JoAn. The first thing I should say is that the girls at the reception are very kind and helpful. The room was a bit different than expected. I paid for a room with a king size bed, and was given a queen. The couch was defective because you could feel the springs if you sat on it, and was sort of caved in in one spot (but not visible to the eye- only once you sit). My room was directly next to a bar that played very loud music 4 out of the 5 nights, so I didn’t sleep well at all, even with ear plugs. I was surprised to discover that the balcony was half facing the street and bar, with a slight view of the ocean. It wasn’t ideal for sitting out there. Positives - they wound up including parking and breakfast, which somewhat compensated for not getting what I expected of the room. I really appreciated that gesture. The hotel is extremely clean, and all of the staff are very kind. It’s located in a very busy area, which makes it easy to walk to everything, but very difficult to get peace and quiet. I do believe it is overpriced, but I really appreciate their efforts to make their guests happy.

Absolut i centrum af Saranda, for støj følsomme gæster uddeles ørepropper - musik (juli måned) til ud på natten, onsdag, torsdag, fredag og søndag. Parkering lidt svært. Vi fik en p bøde på 20 Euro.

Helt ok hotell, med noen fantastiske mennesker som jobber der. Veldig bra renhold. Ok frokost. Det står at de har parkering (blandt annet derfor vi valgte dette hotellet), men det kan de nesten ikke si at de har. Det er 2 plasser for parkering hvor den ene brukes av ansatte. Vi fikk aldri muligheten til å parkere som forventet noe som skapte mye trøbbel for oss i de travle og traffikerte gatene. Skal også sies at hvis du trenger ro før kl 00 på natten så styr unna. Det er en «roof top» bar som spiller svært høy musikk frem til da.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Alles lässt sich zu Fuß erreichen: der Hafen, viele Restaurants, Supermärkte, der Strand mit der fabelhaften Promenade. Auch die Burg ist machbar, wenn man etwas Kondition mitbringt und bei Sonnenuntergang sehr zu empfehlen! Das Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos angegeben: klein aber fein. Alles da, was man braucht. Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert und der Balkon war sehr schön! Das Personal war leider etwas wortkarg. In der Lobby herrschte immer etwas komische Stimmung wenn man das Hotel betrat oder verließ. Fast etwas überwacht fühlten wir uns. Wer die tolle Lage genießen will, muss auch mit etwas Lärm zurecht kommen. Für uns nur halb so wild. Allerdings waren teilweise hotelinterne (?) bis spät in die Nacht im Eingangsbereich sehr laut! Das hat viel mehr gestört... Alles in allem aber eine gute Unterkunft für einige Tage um die Stadt zu erkunden!

Hotel situato al centro di Saranda, ottimo se nn ci si vuole spostarsi con la macchina. Personale molto gentile, unica pecca la colazione, tutti i giorni le solite cose e non molto fornita, ma tt sommato passabile. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia, camera trovata sempre pulita, ci hanno anche fatto il cambio lenzuola e asciugamano tutti i giorni Lo consiglio

Located in the center of Sarande, Hotel JoAn is surrounded by restaurants and shops. It is also just steps from the seaside plaza. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I would gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Sarande.

This hotel is just amazing. It is extremely clean, well furnished and modern. The view from the room was a beautiful view of the sea and harbour. Thw breakfast was plenty and fresh. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Sarandë.
