We have issues with the ac dropping water all night on top of our bad .. we complained in the morning and we got was we will let the maintenance know, but no compansation or even a sorry for a horrific night !!! It was like it was raining in our room

Probably the nicest hotel in Mahahual
The hotel is really fresh and pretty and the staff was really friendly. Its location is also great and they take really good care of the beach. The beach club is beautiful and the restaurant has really good food. The staff was really friendly too. The only down side is that the rooms are a bit bunker-like and they are somewhat noisy. Other than that, it is probably the best place to stay at in Mahahual.

First the good: the site is beautiful, the location amazing as well as the staff. We had problems with spotty to no internet, no sitting area in the unit and the “valley view” was an “alley view” of discarded items.

Great views from the sky level, easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Only thing I didn't like was having to wear the stupid bracelet like a toddler to get into beach area. Seems like you should be able to just show your hotel key. Speaking of which, it certainly could be smaller. It's tied to a 4x3 slab of wood with your room number on it. So if you do manage to lose it, it will be easy to access your room 😳

This property is definitely in the TOP of hotels in the Mahahual area! We had a room with a large terrace, with a partial ocean view. The room was very clean and comfortable. The entire experience, from checking in with Yenny, the friendly property manager, to having a delicious omelet breakfast, with cappuccino, in the attached restaurant, far exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully designed, and decorated. The location is just 5 minute walk to Amigos Del Mar Dive shop, which was a perfect location for our group. I should also add that the shower had excellent pressure, and hot water. There is no elevator, but the manager was quick to offer an assistant to help us carry our luggage up to our rooms. Overall this was an amazing experience, and we will be back!

100/100 estupendo lugar.
Viaje con mi esposa y dos hijos mayores de edad y estuvimos muy cómodos porque la suite cuenta con habitaciones separadas con camas muy amplias y los servicios de excelencia, aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo, ropa de cama, toallas y batas de baño, amenidades excelentes como Frigobar, horno de microondas, cafetera, así como dos pares de botellas de agua y refrescos incluidos, terraza con hamaca y camastros con excelente vista al océano, cuenta con elevador, nos dieron update a la suite presidencial por una módica diferencia porque alguien canceló su estancia para la última noche de nuestra estancia, así que estuvimos más que cómodos. Oswaldo y Mary nos atendieron estupendamente y el resto del personal completamente atentos y amables, el único detalle que en el área de playa no nos dejaron pasar nuestras bebidas, pero solo es un detalle que se resuelve con debida estrategia. En general nos pasamos unos días estupendos y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos en Noah.
