"The resort was very clean and the staff were simply AMAZING! Our Butler Antonio was so attentive and went above and beyond for our group of 9. He was super accommodating and created the perfect experience. The service staff at the privileged pool went out of their way and drinks/food were non stop. There was always food close by for every taste. The ice cream parlor was such a nice addition and really helped you cool down on those brutally hot days. The foam party at the main pool was such a fun activity. We would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends!! The only drawback or little thing that was a little frustrating is the upsale of massages at the privileged beach. We must have been approached at least 10 times in 30 minutes. Overall, this resort gets a 9.5!!"
