Lovely appearance on entry , helpful reception staff, then went downhill dramatically, corridors dirty, room dirty , everywhere dirty, only 2 coffee sachets, no card with any information on contacting reception etc. couldn’t regulate temperature properly, empty cupboard where fridge used to be , bed linen smelt , only plus is it’s near to terminal. Premier Inn much better for half the price. Thick fluff in ironing board cupboard. Never again
