After booking the room and paying the full amount of $450, we were unexpectedly charged an extra $60 without any prior notice. When we asked for clarification, they provided a receipt that included a $22 energy charge—for just a one-night stay. The most ridiculous part was a $34 charge for the restaurant, even though we never ordered anything.
We did visit the restaurant once, but despite plenty of empty tables, the waitress made us wait 30 minutes before seating us. After finally sitting down, we waited another 15 minutes before she even came to take our order. Meanwhile, we noticed that another table, seated long before us, had been waiting over 1 hour without receiving their food. When we asked the waitress how long the food would take, she responded rudely and condescendingly: *"How would I know? I'm not the chef."*
At that point, we had already waited far too long and simply couldn’t afford to waste more time—we had a plane to catch. Frustrated, we left without ordering anything, only to later find out we were still charged for the restaurant.
To make matters worse, the room was in terrible condition. The shower drain was clogged, the showerhead leaked, and the bathroom door was broken. On top of that, the noise at night was unbearable—there was a constant engine-like sound that made it nearly impossible to sleep.
