Good location but some minor hiccups
I arrived very late because of a long flight delay. However the staff member who checked me in was quite friendly. However they neglected to take a deposit on the room so every time I wanted to pay for something in the hotel they would demand I pay immediately. This was actually the hotel's mistake, not mine, and I remember this happening the last time I stayed in 2019. Also the staff need better training in English. My key card stopped functioning twice in the first 48 hours. Despite this being the primarly issue, the reception desk staff member kept inquiring as to whether I wanted the room cleaned. Better training is needed here as well.

Asked for a queit room but reception put me facing the main road and next to the storage. Loud noises on a Sunday at 8am from upstairs which I asked for them to check but it took them an hour.
