The room was bare bones and the building a bit small but that is expected. The location is the best feature and of the course the staff is really helpful so you truly can not complain about much. Good budget stay would visit again if necessary.

I was satisfied with my stay. I was not expecting much given the reviews and the price I paid (I visited in April). The room was decently clean, nice staff and the included breakfast was acceptable for my standards. Pro: - Perfect location near central park and metro station - Nice staff - Good size for the King sized room with big windows and a lot of light. - Breakfast included Cons: - They got some bleach stains in the corridor carpets. - The elevator is kinda slow - Some dust in the drawers and a few stains here and there. Overall I was satisfied. It's for sure not a five-star hotel, but for the price, the location and the staff it was good. I will definitely come back.

Absolutely absurdly small and dark room advertised as being suitable for 3 people. There was nowhere to place a suitcase, no bed side table, no chair at the desk, no hooks anywhere to hang a towel. We were climbing over each other. We stayed one night and checked out early to stay elsewhere. Staff at breakfast were friendly but we had to get out of there.

Jennifer at the front desk saved the day. She upgraded us to a very comfortable room on the 12th floor after plumbing issues and a U shaped mattress compromised the first room. The location is excellent as it is set in a nice neighborhood with great restaurants and shopping near Columbus Avenue. The plumbing needs to be addressed asap.

The room I stayed in was very dirty and neglected. The carpet and the area under the bed were covered in dust. There wasn't even a nightlight in my room.

We liked the comfort of the bed, the great shower head, the soft water, and the adequate breakfast offerings. The heating and AC worked well, too. But the condition of our room and the hotel in general was poor. Peeling paint, dirty carpets, no room for luggage, tiny closet, and no space for hanging towels--all of which should be standard in a room of that price level. We were disappointed.

Check in was for 3pm but our room wasnt ready until 5:30 pm. The carpet was stained, worn and smelled awful. Room was filthy and there was a hole in bathroom door. Breakfast was decent and staff were pleasant.
