It is nice apartment complex. I am comfortable during the two days stay. The only register and communication with the property agent is really bad. The agent doesn’t care to explain how to register at the iPad at the door in order to get the code. It take almost an hour or two to figure it out

Property was in a decent location (close to Tamachi station) and was large enough for our group, but when we arrived the property was quite dirty. There were broken drawers, the toilet, shower and other spaces did not look clean. We were also not provided with WiFi information. We had to call customer service to get this info and it did not work well for 4 guests.

5인 숙박인데, 수건이 교체 안 되고 빨아서 사용해야 함. 세탁기는 있으나, 건조대는 없음. 전체적으로 관리가 잘 안 된 느낌. 바닥, 창문 위엔 먼지도 많고, 옷장에는 다른 사람 옷도 있었음. 어매니티는 괜찮음. 설겆이 후 건조대가 없음. 드라이기가 있으나, 약한 편임. 가져간 다이슨은 쓸 수 없었음. 창문과 문으로 소음이 매우 심하게 들어옴. 화장실, 샤워실은 깨끗하나, 전체적으로 부서진 곳도 많고, 의자도 두개밖에 없어서 같이 앉아서 식사를 할 수 없었음.

TERRIBLE experience. Broken beds, NO compensation
Once we arrived, my friends sat on their beds and 2 of the 4 beds were already broken (this was about 10 mins after we checked in). We contact the property and it took 15 mins to get a reply every time I sent a message. They eventually told me that they’ll have a staff come over to check the next morning, so the ones with the broken bed slept on the floor. The next morning comes, we waited and at 1:00 PM we got an email saying that no one will be coming. We all were furious. The property eventually implied that we broke the beds and that they’ll be fixed with no charge to us.. I mean the beds were already broken in the first place. We get no room change, no refund (not even a partial refund), nothing from the property.
TLDR: Beds were already broken after we checked in, took the property 15 minutes to reply to every message I send, and my friends were forced to sleep on the ground. CHECK YOUR BEDS BEFORE CHECKING IN ON THE TABLET AT THE ENTRANCE.
Quiet area close to train line. Excellent accommodation, very clean, neat and has all the essentials required for a pleasant stay

No communication was the biggest issue. The contact number leads to the message not even able to leave any message. We locked out due to the smart lock's battery was dead. Locked out 45 min outside in heavy humidity no one could help. Contact Expedia to reach out to the owner but also not successful. Same results, luckily the smart lock was unlocked magically by trying a million times. We were lucky. Still no contact by owner and Expedia couldn't find any relocation option near us so we investigate the lock and went to the store got battery and replaced it. We did not received any apology from the owner at all. Also, I left my battery bank there and left a message. And they said they will look forward it and get back to me but never did. I contacted several times but no reply at all.
Please and location is good. But the less and luck of communication is negative matter.

I will start with the positives: The owner was very quick to communicate (10/10). The place was equipped with everything we needed and was clean.
The negatives: It was a far walk (~15 minutes) to and from the train station which wasn't good for Grandma or our toddlers. The traffic noise was loud all night long. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were very cheap and flat. Some of the coffee mugs looked like they had not been washed out good from previous guests. The check in process was a nightmare. I completed it online (uploading face photos & passport photos for all 8 of us as well as inputting work details, address, etc). It was very tedious, but the website said that I successfully completed it. However, when I went to check in, we had not received the keypad code from the owner. Upon messaging them, they said they had not received out completed online form. So we ended up standing outside the property for over an hour in 40 degree celcius heat with an elderly and 5 children resubmitting the entire check in process. I would definitely not stay here again.
We reserved this hotel for 8 guests, but it was very cramped, especially with our luggage. It says in the description that it can accommodate up to 8 guests but there wasn't really enough bedding because the futons used for the last 2 guests were pretty thin and the space on the floor was very limited. My opinion is that the rooms are just too small for 8 people so it shouldn't be advertised to hold 8. The biggest issue was with the main lights in the hall-they are motion activated with no way to turn them off. In other words, the people having to sleep on the floor near the hall connecting the 2 sides of the property would trigger the lights many times a night from their slightest movements, waking up sensitive sleepers. We ended up trying to cover the lights by taping bowls over them which barely worked. I don't know why lights without the ability to control them exist in a hotel room but changing them to have the ability to turn them off would be a huge improvement.
In addition, the electric stove provided did not work well. It could hardly boil water.
The good points were the host being very polite and responding quickly, and them providing Netflix and Amazon Prime for the tv.
Overall, Regalo Shibaura provided the basic needs of a bed and roof but was not very comfortable for 8 people or for an extended amount of time.
