"Was glad to make it to the hotel close to midnight on check in day as the city was affected by adverse weather with many flights cancelled. Had a pleasant surprise from the hotel with a room upgrade during check in. With the hotel conveniently located next to Langham Place mall and Mong Kok mtr station, we sheltered from the wet and windy conditions outside and no lacking of food choices with the many restaurants available.
