Atendentes simpáticos, hotel muito bem localizado, muito perto da Disney e de pontos de ônibus. O chuveiro tem alguns problemas mas nada absurdo, esquenta bem e tem pressão (até demais). O hotel tem mercado, microondas, máquina com água quente e lugar para deixar as malas sem custo adicional. Tem estacionamento porém eu não usei. Eu gostei muito e com certeza eu voltaria.

We arrived just after 3pm (check-in time), and before arrival we had requested a ground floor room near the lobby for ease of access, and the "best" they could do for us was a 3rd floor room in the back building of the property. We had pre-paid in the app, but were charged an additional $70 on arrival for parking our car on site during our stay. Sure wish there was a way to have that additional fee reflected in the final cost in the app when comparing hotels. Our beds had huge bags in them on the sides, and I felt like I was going to fall out of bed every night. The room was way too bright at night where we were by the pool, and we could not modify the curtain at all to make the room darker. There was a coffee maker, (the kind that takes pods) but no pods were provided. The are no microwaves in any of the rooms, so that was very inconvenient. You have to walk down to the lobby to use theirs. Housekeeping is not daily, and only came for our last night. On our first evening, we came down the the front desk, and found a huge line of people, and no one at the desk. They said they had been waiting for several minutes, and tried calling the desk (which we could all hear) and no one came to answer. We have up and left before anyone came to man the desk. The pool was clean, but the pool-side shower doesn't work, and there were not enough pool towels. The hot tub was the perfect temperature.

Hôtel proche de Disneyland (15min à pieds) et des restaurants alentours. Calme et bien situé. Attention le parking est désormais payant. J’ai également payer pour l’early check-in chose que je n’ai jamais eu à payer ailleurs… Café gratuit en libre service à la réception et petite boutique bien pratique. Le service est correct sans plus. Literie confortable et salle de bain spacieuse. Le houskeeping passe un jour sur deux. L’hôtel est rénové ce qui est agréable mais la propreté des chambres (beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles) pourrait être un peu plus poussée. Nous avons cependant passé un agréable séjour

Completely ignored

I called front desk for clean linen upon arrival due to one bed having hair all over the sheets and was ignored. The next morning I was trying to tell the receptionist the incident and to please have room cleaned with new linens and she straight up ignored me!!! When i got back i requested clean linens again but i had to clean my own room and switch out bed sheets! I then requested to at least have the dirty sheets taken away and was completely ignored.

Horrible I had drug addicts knocking at my door. I am a driver and need 8 hours off duty to relax and rest. I will never stay there again. Too many homeless and drug people around the property.

Terrible

My wife and I have not stayed here for a while because there were better hotels that accepted our dog for a little extra cost, and a pipe broke which spilled water all over the floor. However, no other hotels were available, so we decided to go back to Motel 6, which was the worst decision we could have made. First, I understand I could have read the description of the parking cost, but who does Motel 6 think they are to charge for parking per day with no security? I could assume they are making extra money, but how could they not improve anything yet, knowing they are making more income? Our room was fine, the only problem was the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink just poured out a little bit of water and did not function as a proper sink. Lastly, my mother and brother n law, had a room above us and they had one cockroach, one mosquito, and a clogged bathroom. Yes, they could have went to the lobby to get another room, but a room we are paying for should be ready for guest with no problems. Motel 6 did reimburse their parking fee. Overall, this Motel 6 needs to step up with the quality of their motel if they are going to charge for parking.

NOT IMPRESSED-NEEDS LOTS OF UPGRADES

The room was clean but outdated. The mattress slid side to side on the platform bed every time you touched it. There was only 1 plastic hard chair in a room that slept 4. It was very uncomfortable to sit in. The tv remote didn't work well. The hot water in the sink took over 4 minutes to heat up. The plugs and usb port were bent so you had to plug things in just right.

This is my third or fourth time staying at this hotel. I’ve had no problems, everything has been fine. I would recommend it to anybody traveling to Anaheim California.

Found roaches behind the fridge and in bathroom. Front desk worker on 5/16/25 @ 12:00am only offered free parking to make it better and made me swear i wouldn’t talk to the manager if she gave free parking. The first time she told me my only option is to check out until i fought it. Only Maria, on 5/18/25 morning was able to make me feel better about the situation and gave me a discount on my first night
