Changed rooms because Tv did not work. Rooms are clean but have a feeling of a dorm room, no frills and the worst of it was the bed that even when you breathe it squeaks. The staff was lovely and accommodating but can only do what they can with what they have.
It is a shame they don’t update this hotel because if you need proximity near Time Square this is a good location.

The hotel was in a perfect location and was clean but the rooms were so small that you hit your shins on the bedframes trying to get around them. You have about 2ft between the beds and probably less than that between the foot of the bed and the wall.

Oyo has 3 things going for it: location, price, and great, friendly staff. But the room itself is really dingy and in desperate need of repairs. The window shades do not work. The bedframe was super wobbly, with bent legs. The HVAC vent is right above the bed and it's SO LOUD it might keep you up at night. And the shower was only semi clean. This will definitely be my first and last stay.

The OYO Times Square was ok. However the location the best! Right in the heart of Times Square! Being connected to Serendipity was a plus! Good value for the location. Rooms were very small and bathroom was even smaller! It was so small that I bumped my head on the wall getting off the toilet! The shower was so tiny! I would stay here again just because of the location!

Clean room. Nice staff. Great location. However: no refrigerator. No Ice machine in entire hotel. The drain in the shower was incredibly slow, causing the shower floor to fill with water during the shower. All in all a nice place!

Location is perfect. The rooms are uncomfortable and run-down. They are also smaller rooms, which is normal in NY, so I didn't take off for that. I only stayed one night, and I got up earlier than I had planned so I could get out of there quickly. Only stay here if you literally have nowhere else to go.

Check in and lobby staff were very nice, professional, and helpful.
The room was small and clean. The beds were very creaky but comfortable.
It was quite warm in the room and we could not turn the temperature down at all.
We were on the second floor and it was a little noisy outside the room until about midnight.

Expérience catastrophique. Je ne comprends pas comment cette chambre peut être louée dans cet état.
Dès l'entrée, une forte odeur d'humidité vous prend à la gorge. Il n'y a aucune aération (pas de VMC), avec beaucoup de moisissures et de taches sur les murs et les rideaux. C'est limite insalubre.
L'état général est déplorable :
• Infiltration d'eau à la fenêtre.
• Rouille sur les portes.
• Taches douteuses sur les rideaux.
• Pommeau de douche vétuste.
Impossible de se reposer, la literie n'est pas au niveau et le chauffage fait un bruit mécanique qui nous a réveillés en pleine nuit. Le manque de propreté et d'entretien est flagrant. Compte tenu du prix, je demande un dédommagement pour ce séjour qui n’est pas à la hauteur des prestations de ce prix.

Beds were cheap metal frames that squeaked at every movement. The sink had large cracks developing. The shower area had bad water stains and just did not look inviting at all. The TV did not work. And they said sorry it can't be fixed, enjoy your night. Not a great experience.
