Good enough for transit

The cabin was clean and bigger than expected. Though you can stretch your whole arm extended over your head, but definitely not as small as i thought.

Stayed here in one of the space pods for 3 nights. The main negative is the mattress which was thin and I'd wake up with a sore back. A minor negative is there is only 1 toilet on the 2nd floor, while most of the toilets and bathrooms are on the 3rd. The positives are many. Location is right in central with endless restaurants close by. NU shopping mall is close by and Sentral station is about 10 minutes walk. The property including the toilets and bathrooms are very clean and I noticed that the staff cleaned multiple times per day. There are many bathrooms and there was never a wait to use either toilets or showers. The shower and toilets all had liquid soap, and shampoo was provided in the showers. The pods are quite comfortable except for the mattress, with plenty of lighting, AC, electrical sockets and USB points. There's even a foldable table. There's a common area on the ground floor where there's a restaurant serving South Asian type food, while the reception also sells cup noodles and snacks. The ground floor is comfortable enough to work in. Overall, I had a good stay. I think a 2/3 nights is a good stay unless you like sleeping on hard surfaces. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful.

Would give less if I could. A nice idea but terribly executed. The pods are poorly ventilated and not soundproofed at all. The fans continuously woke me up throughout the night with a loud screeching sound. The staff were rude and their deposit policy, requiring cash, is very odd and inconvenient. The surrounding area is also infested with rats.

日本ではよく見かけるカプセル式も外国では見たことが無くて試しに泊まってみた。一応プライベートも確保できて、充電もでき、wifiもあるので文句はない。宿泊代は日本のカプセルホテルに近い価格帯で、若干高く感じた。

Very close but to the mall and train station and in a busy area, trains throughout the city are a must and once you’ve got your head around the lines/locations your good to go! So this place is in a good locale, members of staff continually cleaning bathroom facilities, nice small lounge and kitchen. Reception 24/7 and very welcoming.

Quite original hostel concept, cheap and central

Next door to KL Sentral.I stayed here 1 night end of July 2025,in a 16-capsule dorm,in one of the upper dorms. There are medium-size lockers,i.e. for rucksacks,in some dorms, other dorms have lockers outside in the corridor. You get a card to access dorm,locker AND capsule. Easy to access (upper) dorm via a side ladder,different than the “usual” hostel ladder. The bed was quite comfy,the way it looks inside the capsule is quite interesting. Bathrooms/showers all good,no issues here,there are rooms where you can lock the door and have sink and shower all for you,unlike those communal bathroom/shower rooms you find in other hostels with people going in and out all the time. There are also family rooms called VIP. The ladies I dealt with at reception were one from Bangladesh (pleasant),the other Chinese (also pleasant), the other Muslim (not sure about her nationality - not too pleasant) . CONS: From inside the capsule,if someone slams the door of the capsule above (or below) yours,you can easily hear it,so it really depends on good or bad manners,my “neighbour” was average. Likewise,music or snoring can be heard too if you’re a slight sleeper,the capsules aren’t entirely soundproof. No luggage storage,I had to leave my suitcase next to the dorm,padlocked and chained to the dorm ladder as I don't trust anybody.You can however leave your luggage at reception on check-out day if e.g. you want to go out and come back to collect it later,you get a ticket to be used for collection.

Original mais quelques dysfonctionnements

Les capsules et parties communes sont propres. Dommage que quelques dysfonctionnements viennent un peu gacher l’expérience : les écrans TV dans les capsules sont HS, les ports USB également. Ventilation bruyante et lumière du couloir visible depuis la chambre toute la nuit.

半夜的抽水馬桶聲音太大聲，入住時有中文櫃檯，但只給了房卡，告訴我衛浴設備在樓上，剩下要自己摸索，自己找床位，自己找燈，自己找感應卡怎麼用，感覺很差

Staff were very rude and unhelpful. Receptionist tried to scam me of my key deposit when I checked out. They said I had already checked out at 4AM and had me on CCTV. I asked to see the CCTV video and they wouldn't show me. Room was noisy, AC in capsule didn't work properly. 55 beds on one floor and one washroom with no shower. Lobby polluted with non guests and limited seating. Only upside is close proximity to KL Sentral station and Nu Sentral Mall. Terrible experience.

Nice experience to stay in a capsule. But may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Hotel lobby can be overcrowded at times, especially when there are certain guests hogging the tables and using the common space as their personal office.
