The stay here was a constant struggle.
Our room key card reset four times. We had to go back down to the lobby to get a new card which was an inconvenience. I understand once, not not four times.
The climate control system never worked. No AC. No heat. No fan. It turned on for about a minute, beeped and shut off. We reported it to the front desk and they later told us it was working fine - it was not and never did. Thankfully we could open the sliding glass doors to get fresh air.
The room was very clean, but we had to send a daily reminder asking them to clean. One day they left us one towel. Another day they left us no coffee. Both times we had to call the front desk.
Be aware that the coffee in the room is not included and there is no sign indicating that. The included breakfast was very limited and flavorless.
The small rooftop pool was dirty and unusable.
I’ve stayed in much better hotels in Mexico City. Needless to say I will never stay here again.
