We had an early flight after a week of hiking in Northern Arizona. The hotel is half a block from the rental car return. Manny at the front desk was great!

Bring hangers - my room had a single hanger, as in 1. I was staying for 4 nights, I asked for more hangers at the front desk, I returned to my room, still 1 hanger. I asked again, returned the next night, again 1 hanger. The third morning I approached the front desk and both individuals were sitting there texting on their phones - perhaps that is the problem, they are more interested in what is going on in their little social lives than actually doing their fricken job.

The staff was fantastic. When we checked in they went way beyond being helpful. My wife has mobility issues which were compassionately addressed. Parking was wonderful. Our flight left too early to have breakfast but the round the clock coffee was great. The airport shuttle was prompt, courteous, and safe. Kudos!

Staff was great but the whole property was dirty. The elevators kind of gave us the ick with how many finger prints were everywhere.. the room was not what I expected for a Hilton hotel. The bathroom counter had dried water spots that were obviously not wiped.. there were hairs all over the floor by the toilet. Behind the front door to get in the room, bad dirt smudges I could clean with my socks.. the walls…. Now those were something else… between adjoining door and the TV… horrible… a magic eraser can clean that easy and quick… the only thing good was the beds, clean bedding and the AC. Honestly not even remotely what I thought a Hilton’s standards would be. Moreover we came as we had an early flight the next morning and since we got into town early I wanted a nice place for the boys and I to stay- I splurged on the cost… but I didn’t expect this at all…I didn’t expect it to be like that with how much it was…

Staff were great in answering questions. Room was pretty nice and spacious. Loved that it has a small refrigerator. Breakfast was ok. Just yogurt, cereal, bagels and coffee or juice. Nothing big. Not a lot of space to wait for your food or sit down to eat. Other than that it was a really great stay !
