I love the 1 hotel chain, I stayed in this hotel almost 10 years ago when it first opened and loved it, but this time it was just meh ... it felt a teeny bit run down compared to the Miami Beach one (which Is older btw). My central heating did not work, and the door seemed to have been taken off the shower (the roller that the glass would normally hang on was still on the door), and so during my shower, water got everywhere. Love the 1hotel brand, but for the money, i don't think I'd stay here again.

Fantastic stay. I never leave reviews but had to for the staff. We brought our dog and they sent up a complimentary bark box with treats and toys. The thermostat in our room didn’t work, they immediately put us in different room and upgraded us. Later that night they sent us a bottle of prosecco to apologize for the inconvenience. Truly outstanding customer service. Will stay here again!!!

The Hotel is in a great location, just minutes from great shopping, restaurants, and of course Central Park. What really made me give 5 stars is the Shane at the front. He makes you feel so welcomed and always goes above and beyond to make sure you're having a great stay.
