Doesn’t provide full service 7 days per week
Loved our stay. We stayed on a Saturday and then went exploring in the city all day Sunday. The only reason I give it a 4-star is there was ZERO food/ beverage service on Sundays (and apparently Mondays) which in my experience as someone who travels ALL the time is big hotel NO-NO. For guests and customers off the street, this isn’t okay seeing as this is a hospitality service, and a 7-days per week service, so therefore the full service needs to be there all week. Otherwise, don’t be open 7 days a week, simple as. The lack of service on Sundays/Mondays makes me want to book elsewhere the next time in London, which is sad because everything else about the Zetter was splendid. Maybe for a Friday night single stay, but not for a romantic weekend.

One of best spots to stay and a warm staff
A wonderful location to stay in London. Within in walking distance of many historic places and also shopping. The staff was brilliant. They were warm and welcoming. Always willing to help with any requests. Our room was comfortable and quite. We look for to our next visit to London and staying at the The Zetter Marylebone

Very unique hotel in prime London location. No gym but really close to Hyde park entrance so getting a 5km run no problem. Staff were amazing and rooms spacious by London standards. Will definitely return

The room has a king bed. I was looking for a hotel that was unique and this fit the requirement. This is london center so the room was small but 2 people can move around all the same. Bathroom was good size with good size shower.We could not hear any noise from outside the building. No noise from the elevator next to the room. Air Conditioner worked to keep us comfortable. Plenty on pillows and considering the time difference in our sleep patterns, I had the best night sleep in a hotel situation. For the price point, I was very satisfied and more then meet my needs. Front desk personnel was very gracious and helped us as need. Plenty of offsite restaurants near by.

The Zetter Marylebone is a delightful gem of cozy hospitality in a wonderfully walkable (yet incredibly quiet at night!) neighborhood. The whole place feels anti-cookie-cutter in a distinctly English way, it feels full of history yet with all the modern amenities. Kind, attentive staff, respectful fellow guests (it seems to attract nice people), and I heard the afternoon tea was fabulous (unfortunately I missed it). Highly highly recommend the Zetter, I'll be coming back.

Enjoyed our stay very much
Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location for getting around and enjoy the immediate area. The rooms are small and when we found it was too tight for 2 adults and 1 small child, they offered to move us to an accessible room for free. Had tea here as well which was lovely. Great service all around. Only 2 things that could have been better is the pillows are very thin and the water pressure is very light.

Good Quirky Hotel
Nice little eccentric place in a good location. Great if you're looking at a departure from the normal Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott style hotel. Only cons are it seemed a bit short staffed, the bluetooth thing in my room didn't work and other intergrated tech tidbits werd a bit too complicated. Also the room was a bit small for the price. You can stay in junior suite at The Gore, which is twice the size, fpr the same price. Would stay again.
