This hotel is perfectly situated to explore Rome, it is clean and rooms are of a high standard. That said the staff are this hotel’s greatest asset. Professional and polite. Our flight was delayed and on contacting the hotel they were excellent in reassuring us regarding transport. I left my phone behind on check out day yet they quickly contacted our driver and we retrieved it. Thomas was amazing. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and absolutely will stay there again.
